In the logic of Islam, &#8216;what will be&#8217; is meaningless; rather, &#8216;what should be&#8217; and &#8216;what should not be&#8217; have meaning. God has granted humans will, choice, and the power to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\" dir=\"ltr\">Mashhad is Iran&#8217;s gateway to the East and Northeast Asia, and there are untapped capacities in this region.
