Transportation infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan connects Iran to China

The Ambassador of Iran to Kyrgyzstan stated: Kyrgyzstan’s transportation infrastructure can connect Iran to the western provinces of China via the railway network. Conversely, our country’s southern ports are capable of providing Kyrgyz businesses with access to international markets in Africa and the Indian subcontinent.
Gholamhossein Yadegari, Iran’s Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the second regional Provincial Diplomacy meeting in Mashhad, stated: Kyrgyzstan’s transportation infrastructure can connect Iran to the western provinces of China via the railway network. Conversely, our country’s southern ports can provide Kyrgyz businesses with access to international markets in Africa and the Indian subcontinent.
Officials from the two countries are negotiating to utilize each other’s capacities, and if an agreement is reached, this cooperation will bring significant advantages for both nations.
Kyrgyzstan’s extensive and diverse facilities in agriculture, animal husbandry, and fisheries have created a very good capacity for expanding economic cooperation.
The existence of neighbors for Iran, each capable in their own field, is the best path for economic development, and this path can only be paved through open and active diplomacy.
