Mashhad is a hub for cultural diplomacy and pilgrimage

The Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said: Mashhad, through the holy shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.), can become a hub for dialogue, interaction, and cultural and pilgrimage diplomacy.

Hojjatoleslam wal-Muslimeen Ahmad Marvi, the Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, during a meeting with guests of the second Provincial Diplomacy Conference in Mashhad, stated: The city of Mashhad, illuminated by the holy shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.), can become a hub for dialogue, interaction, and cultural and pilgrimage diplomacy.

Sometimes it is heard that some say, ‘Let’s see what happens!’ However, this perspective is not compatible with the teachings of Islam. In the logic of Islam, ‘what will be’ is meaningless; rather, ‘what should be’ and ‘what should not be’ have meaning. God has granted humans will, choice, and the power to change.

Mashhad is Iran’s gateway to the East and Northeast Asia, and there are untapped capacities in this region. One of the most important of these capacities is the presence of pilgrims, and this immense capacity must be utilized.

Astan Quds Razavi, with all its strength, is at the service of the government and the nation and considers it its duty to take any action it can.
